By subscribing to the Patriot Coin Collection offered by Patriot Store ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this Subscription Policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Subscription Overview

The Patriot Coin Collection is a recurring subscription service that delivers premium patriotic commemorative coins directly to your door.

• First Coin: FREE — You only pay shipping on your first order.
• Recurring Deliveries: After your first coin, you will receive a new commemorative coin every 14 days (bi-weekly).
• Recurring Charge: Each subsequent delivery is charged at $99.00 USD every 14 days, which includes the coin and shipping.
• Billing Cycle: Your payment method on file will be automatically charged every 14 days from the date of your initial order.

2. Enrollment & Consent

By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly agree to and acknowledge the following:

• You authorize Patriot Store to charge your payment method on a recurring basis every 14 days at the rate of $99.00 USD per billing cycle.
• You understand that your subscription will continue automatically until you cancel it.
• You have read and agree to this Subscription Policy, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
• You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used for this subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel your subscription, you may use any of the following methods:

Important Cancellation Details:

• Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
• If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the next billing date, the cancellation will take effect after the next billing cycle.
• Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription has been successfully cancelled.
• Any coins already shipped before cancellation are non-refundable and yours to keep.

4. Billing & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• Your payment method will be charged automatically every 14 days.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge up to 3 additional times over the following 7 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically paused.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Subscription coins are shipped within 1–3 business days of each billing cycle.
• Domestic (US) delivery: 5–10 business days.
• International delivery: 10–21 business days.
• Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.
• Shipping is included in the $99.00 recurring charge — no additional shipping fees.

6. Refunds for Subscription Orders

• The first coin (FREE + shipping only) is non-refundable.
• For subsequent subscription orders, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the coin.
• Coins must be returned in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a temporary break, you may request to pause your subscription for up to 30 days. To pause, email support@thepatriot-store.com with the subject line "Pause Subscription." Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period unless you request a cancellation.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If material changes are made to pricing or billing frequency, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
